Supplier Terms

These terms ("Terms") govern the use of the Articheck supplier portal ("Portal") at articheck.app/dodavatelia. By registering a supplier account you agree to them. The Portal supplements the general Terms of Use; in case of conflict, these Terms prevail for suppliers.

1. Service

The Portal lets suppliers for food-service businesses create a company profile (name, company ID, contacts, product categories, catalogs) and be visible in the supplier database browsed by kitchens using Articheck. Kitchens add a supplier as a link to their live profile.

2. Registration and approval

By registering you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of the registered company and that the provided details (especially name and company ID) are true and current. Every profile is manually verified and approved before publication. Until approved, the profile is not visible to kitchens. We reserve the right to reject, suspend or remove a profile without stating a reason, especially on suspicion of false information or misuse.

3. Profile content and catalogs

You are responsible for your profile content and uploaded files (catalogs, flyers, logo). Content must not violate laws or third-party rights and must relate to your food-service product range. You grant us a limited licence to store and display this content to kitchens within the service. We may remove inappropriate content.

4. Relationship with kitchens

Articheck is a contact intermediary — we are not a party to transactions between you and kitchens, we do not guarantee demand, and we are not responsible for orders, deliveries or payments.

5. Personal data

Processing of personal data (contact person, e-mail, phone) is governed by our privacy policy. Company profile data (name, company ID, categories, catalogs) is visible to kitchens in the app once approved. You can delete your account and profile at any time directly in the Portal.

6. Availability, changes, liability

The Portal is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation; we may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
